Cost will cover the rental of the retreat and food. Those helping are volunteers .We will also be giving enough back to charity by helping a family or project in Bali

What will we do?

   Lots and lots of yoga with Iyengar Method Details to help you align your body, and gain a deeper understanding. As well Mindful Stress Release Yoga with Sydel, Therapeutic Yoga and Hot Vinyasi Flow will be explored. Led by Senior Yoga Teachers Sam&Sydel Weinstein. Look forward to Prani Yama breathing , Meditation-Spiritual Growth, Massage, Special Water Floating Breath Meditation and Breath work of course Celebration and Ecstatic Dance. Vegetarian food. The most important aspect will be that all of us will do everything as a group and explore Transforming into a peace loving community Just a breath full of hope and faith from a small group of people has the potential to create a ripple effect around our world.
